Solaris Photonics products will address key markets such as Power Electronics (Power Diodes, Power Switches, Power Transitors/Modules, IGBT, Ultracapacitors), Radiation Detectors for High Energy Physics, Space, Nuclear, Medical Physics and Biomedical-Chemical Sensors.
Solaris-Photonics technology will be available for use in both standalone and embedded applications, addressing a total market opportunity of more than$13 billion per year.
Solaris Photonics and its R&D and commercial partners around the world will continually develop, fabricate and commercialize Carbon Electronics devices.
